When should I call you guys?

We generally ask that you give us as much notice as you can at least 1-2 weeks prior to your move. We understand when changes to your schedule occur and ask that you notify us as soon as possible to allow us time to accommodate your needs.

How long do you need for an in-home estimate?

This typically takes an hour or less. We also have virtual options available.

What are my responsibilities?

Is there anything that is not allowed?

Do you move pianos and gun safes and other large or unusual items?

What about my car?

What if I want to pack myself?

Can I leave my clothes in the drawers?

How am I covered in case of damage?

In brief, we ask that you be present during the packing of your belongings. Take personal responsibility for jewelry and other high value items. We ask that you point out any previously damaged or repaired items so we can handle with extra care. Check and sign the inventory of your belongings. Ensure that no prohibited items are packed.

We do not allow Weapons, Ammunition, Drugs, Alcohol. Please keep in mind that shipping certain high value items or collections may require you to purchase extra coverage.

Yes. We are experienced at moving these types of items and have the resources to do so.

Many times we can move your car with your belongings. If this is not possible, we can help you arrange for an alternate method.

You are able to pack yourself, but please be aware of the potential problems. Cartons packed by owner are not covered by our liability

Yes, on moves NOT coming to storage. Just be sure not to leave anything breakable that can damage the piece of furniture.

We provide some mover’s insurance on every move. Our knowledgeable staff will discuss different options to ensure your individual needs are met.
